CALL FOR PAPERS
 

The Conference committee invites you to participate actively in this conference which will be an extraordinary occasion for the exchange of thoughts and experiences. We look forward to receiving abstracts as email for consideration and inclusion in the scientific programme as oral or poster presentation.

The submitted abstracts should give a brief description of the title and topic. All abstracts will be reviewed by members of the committee. The reviewers will judge the abstracts according to the objectivity of statement, description of what was done, suitability of methods to aims, conclusions confirmed by objective results, ethics, scientific value, potential clinical value, originality of work and overall impression.

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
 
  • Please choose a title that clearly indicates the content of the contribution.
  • Please avoid abbreviations in the title. Abbreviations may be used in the text if they are defined when used first.
  • The author's name (full first name, family name) and place of work (institution, city, and country) should be indicated. However, degrees, titles, street addresses and acknowledgements of support should be omitted.
  • Try to provide maximum information in the abstract.
  • State the specific objective of the study
  • State the methods used, if pertinent
  • Summarise the results obtained
  • State the conclusions reached
  • Please ensure that the abstract does not contain spelling, grammar or scientific errors, as it will be reproduced exactly as submitted

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
 
  • Abstracts of only those delegates will be considered who will be registered for conference before submission of abstract.
  • Abstracts for Oral Presentations and / poster presentations will be accepted from all registered delegates however they will be considered for presentation after confirmation of their application or payment for the conference registration.
  • Submit your abstract by email, the last date of submission is 30th December, 2014. Once the abstract is submitted online, you need not to send additional hard copy or CDs.
  • Abstract should not be more than 250 words. (Excluding title, author and Institutional affiliations).Type matter should be in A4 size page with standard margins, ARIAL font, Font size 12, line spacing 1.5. The word document should be saved in MS-Word 2003 or later.
  • Abstract should be structured as: Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
  • All abstracts will be peer reviewed and organizing committee reserves the right to assign it as Oral or Poster presentation.
  • Accepted abstracts will be informed by email up to 15th January, 2015.
  • Abstracts may be withdrawn by written communication via E-mail by 10th January 2015.
